What If Set Me Free
Intro:
单屏影像装置。
视频表述了生活在一个充满约束和管教的环境中的服从性从何而来的质问，与此同时不可避免地产生由于大环境和个体之间悬殊的力量差距带给个体的窒息感和无力感。
该视频由对两个主体的凝视交错结合产生。一是以人为主体，描绘了权利的监管是如何从实施物理上的限制突破到心理层面，从而由内向外地驯化个体，建立一个顺从的群体环境。这种驯化模式与BDSM中Dom对Sub的顺从性规训如出一辙。二是以沙盒作为载体的对环境的抽象化描述。粗略地看去，人与物看似自在地漂浮在空中，实则被固定得死死的。只是束缚着我们的泡泡在水的润色下隐去，如同包裹在”共建美好社会”口号下对自由的高度打压现状。
Intro:
Single screen video installation.
The video addresses the inquiry into the source of obedience in an environment of constraint and discipline, while inevitably generating a sense of suffocation and powerlessness due to the vast disparity of power between the wider circumstances and the individual.
The video is the result of an intertwined gaze at two subjects. One is human, depicting how the regulation of authority breaches from the imposition of physical restrictions to the psychological level, thus domesticating the individual from the inside out and creating a submissive group setting. In the same way as Dom's submissive regulation of Sub in the BDSM mirrored this domestication model. The second is an abstract description of the environment using the sandbox as a vehicle. At a cursory glance, people and objects appear to be floating freely in the air, but in fact they are anchored rigidly. It is the bubble that binds us that disappears under the gloss of water, as does the high degree of suppression of freedom wrapped up in the slogan of "building a better society".

单屏影像。
很少有群聚的炽热目光能被忽视，除了机器的。在从宿舍去往地铁站，仅1.2公里的路上，就有超过一百六十个监控摄像头。这还仅仅是我目光所及的范围内所观察到的。我们真的需要这么多监视吗？而在机器天然的冰冷，非人类属性掩盖下，鲜少有人对此感到不适。我们的身影就这样从各个角度地自然地被留在了不知何处的云端里，存储器里，甚至网络上，被观看，被分析，甚至被用于娱乐。 这个视频旨在唤起被掩盖的被凝视的感觉。

Single Screen Moving Images.
It is rare for the blazing gaze of a group to go unnoticed, except by machines. There are more than a hundred and sixty surveillance cameras on the road from my accommodation to the tube station, a mere 1.2 kilometres away. And that's just what I've observed as far as my eyes can see. Do we really need that much surveillance? And under the guise of the machine's naturally cold, non-human attributes, hardly anyone feels uncomfortable about it. Thus our figures are naturally left from all angles in the cyber space, in memory, even on the internet, out of nowhere, to be viewed, analysed and even for entertainment. This video is intended to evoke the feeling of being gazed that has been concealed.

这是一组由黑方块带来的联想的练习。黑色的方块像一个黑洞般要将一切吞噬，经过一番处理后又吐出来。它像是在外界和人性影响下扭曲我们五感真实感受的无形物的具象化。我们是在满足这个”黑方块”还是自己呢？

This is an experiment in associative thinking brought about by the black square. The black square is like a black hole that wants to swallow everything and then spits it out after processing. It is like the embodiment of a non-physical thing that distorts the real feelings of our five senses under the influence of the outside world and human nature. Are we satisfying this "black square" or are we satisfying ourselves?

Intro:
包装设计。
Fears的歌多创作于夜晚。感性，情绪化，又捉摸不定。我们结合超现实主题抽象化了一些元素作为专辑封面，并以”月食”为主题在封套上制作了一个互动游戏。
受潮汐力的作用，月亮的阴晴圆缺变化能影响到人们的情绪。这一点让它与Fears的音乐产生联结。
Intro:
Package design.
Fears' songs are mostly written at night. Emotional, moody and unpredictable. We abstracted some elements combining surreal themes for the album cover and created an interactive game on the sleeve with the theme of 'lunar eclipse'.
Changing shades of the moon can affect people's moods due to tidal forces. That makes it relevant to Fears' music.
